I own a home in Defuniak Springs and am trying to sell to move to the Freeport/SRB area. It is a 1500 sq ft, 2bdrm 1 ba home on Live Oak Ave W. Built in 1906 on 1/3 acre and zoned commercial. We have recently remodeled all rooms. New carpet in the bedrooms, tile in bathroom and kitchen, and hardwood in living and dining areas. Master bedroom has large walk in closet and connects to the bathroom. The bathroom has double vanity which is very unusual for a home of this age.
