Put a comment up the other day about a bad experience at a restaurant in the dining forum. Several others shared similar experiences. All post were removed and now a glowing multiple paragraph review of the restaurant appears! Wow!!

don't screw with anyone who advertises on here as its a no no. several notes responded to that glowing review but they were erased. Personally i have no bone to pick with fire as i've never been there but i do believe in free speech

I did not see the thread but am told that it started getting personal about a particular person. That's not cool. Doesn't matter if they advertise or not, personal attacks are against the rules.

Yelp won't allow personal attacks either.

Moderators flagged the initial post as being mean spirited (not just a review), which is against forum rules. Please follow the rules of the online community when posting. Negative is ok, if that's the kind of thing you like. Mean is not ok. Whining is just a bore (such as the first post in this thread).

I am a fairly regular patron at Fire. No need for personal attacks...but it's not what it was or what it could be. It's all about the attitude of the employees. Food is great, but service is ungrateful. Attitude comes from the top, follow the leader.

Sorry to hear. I just had lunch there last week and it was top notch all the way around. Love that they are serving lunch again (we don't get out much for dinner). I hope people who have this problem, and who care, will talk to restaurant directly.
