What if you try to park it on wetalnds? Is it built to code? Did you get a 30 year fixed rate? Are you the end user? What did the home sell for before? Why did they sell it? Hurricanes are coming and the beach is eroded and private. You"ll need a seawall, an engineer, an attorney and a minister. Why don't you rent, and what about the Save Our Homes mess?
