LdB, I enjoyed looking at your pictures of Memphis. Memphis is about 80 miles from where I grew up. I get to Memphis occasionally to do some shopping. Went to Beale Street a couple of years ago and had a funn time, but when did the music get so loud? I could not hear myself think. My sister asked me if I wanted to go to the piano bar at the Peabody.

Cil, I wouldn't mind waking to that view each day.

I'm about 20 minutes from the city closer to the zoo. In this pic it looks as if my 12 yr old is doing a Coke commercial for Kroger. I take their picture by "Pepe" every year to show their growth. They used to look up to Pepe..what happened?

If you're wanting "hometown" pics, then Kimmi will provide mine, because NYC is where I was born. Though I have to say that after 10+ years, where I live now is more like home to me.

This is Ditto Landing about 3 miles from my house.

That is the Tennessee River you see. I cross that bridge twice a day everyday to get to work and home!!!
