Hot temperatures in Memphis

I'm with you Audie. I feel like your tar in this heat. I run from the house to the car and right back in. Even my pool feels like bath water, so I stay in the a/c. I prefer fall and spring. I figure in the winter if it's cold I'll put on a cute sweater. There's only so much you can take off in the summer; even then you're still hot and people tend to stare

Showing 100 here through Thursday now. I can stay inside! In the good old air conditioning! Ugh, it got to 102 today. Hottest here since 2000 when we had a temp of 107. I'm melting! Need relief!

I just noticed on weather.com that Memphis has a high of 84 predicted for today, with a low tonight of 66. Looks like Ladydebubba and everyone else there will finally have some relief.

It's only 86 degrees here at 11:00 am...looks like that cool front actually did make it here.
