Looking for a house manager for a cottage in Seacrest. $40 per hour. Responsibilities include taking photos after cleaners leave, light maintenance (blowing off the driveway, using a magic eraser to get marks off the walls, watering plants, occasional package arrivals, help with scheduling maintenance, etc). Must have high attention to detail and loves to serve others. We are very active owners and stay at our property at least once per month.
