How is commercial real estate doing in the Panhandle?

I used to live in South Walton, but now Jacksonville. I have many options to lend to commercial borrowers. I know that residential has slowed, but how is commercial doing?

I think he is looking to give money away. If the original poster could make a check out to "Commercial Appraisers of South Hamsfordshire" and send it on, we can get right to business. If the company name is too long just make an acronym out of it in the payee line.....

Seems to be an awful lot of empty commercial space and more on the horizon.
