They been moving this storm's track southward for the past few days. It's now looking like it will cross the penninsula and enter the gulf a little above Tampa.

Now Fiona is headed for NOLA?

This evening's forecast has a huge change in the forecast track.

A couple of days ago it showed hitting GA/SC. Now it sweeps in thru the keys and heads for NOLA on Sept 8th.

And this morning it shows it going up the East Coast again! Looks like we need to be prepared for anything.

No, the third one there that isn't named yet, but will be Fiona.

FBB, I can't seem to navigate the Eurotrash Weather website, but Wunderground does have this one tracking differently.

1. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
LOCATED ABOUT 900 MILES EAST OF THE LESSER ANTILLES HAVE CHANGED
LITTLE IN ORGANIZATION DURING THE DAY. HOWEVER...AIRCRAFT DATA
FROM A RESEARCH MISSION BEING CONDUCTED BY THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR
ATMOSPHERIC RESEARCH...AS WELL AS SATELLITE DATA...SUGGEST THAT
THIS SYSTEM IS ALREADY PRODUCING TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS IN A
SMALL AREA NORTH OF THE CENTER. ONLY A SMALL INCREASE IN
ORGANIZATION OF THE SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WOULD RESULT
IN THE FORMATION OF A TROPICAL STORM...AND ADVISORIES COULD BE
INITIATED LATER THIS AFTERNOON OR TONIGHT. THERE IS A HIGH
CHANCE...90 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE
DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES GENERALLY WESTWARD AT ABOUT 20

I use this link and I press the VCR play button to the right of Step (-> valid time)

Their latest forecast track for the storm-that-might-be-fiona is now back in the Atlantic for next week. It's had an odd track. It bounced to the Gulf briefly. Otherwise they've had this storm on an Atlantic track for quite a while.
