Then I came home and blended together a Whey Protein shake with some plain non-fat organic yogurt, peanut butter, and 1/2 of a banana--yumm.

I just rolled off the sofa to walk to the pantry and lift a bag of Cheetos, and grabbed a cold beer from the fridge. Now I'm tired and will have to nap so I can keep up with the Kitty lady later tonight!

So, The concert was last night and it was great. Journey (the new Journey) was amazing. The new singer is...well all I can say is Steve Perry who?
This singer had so much energy and had a pretty darn good voice, too! He has truly made The "new" Journey his own.
Def Leppard came on after Journey, and they were great, I am so happy that I went...but I should have taken Kurt's advice and had ear pligs...my ears are plugged up this morning....
