Sorry you fell off the wagon. I've been bad, too. I think it's the scary mammogram/ultrasound this week plus being stressed out in anticipation of the upcoming holiday season. It's going to be so different now that Mom has Alzheimer's. I always buy non-perishables one week before Thanksgiving, and I got so emotional that almost started crying at the store. It's made be biotchier than usual, too.;-)

But at least I have my Mom, as well as many other blessings.

Let's think blessed, not stressed.

And, like Busta says, pass the Courvoisier!
