You can't go wrong with a name like Molly.

Also, I painted a tiny gift to you on the "FunnCab".... I think you'll recognize him.

CAT!!!
She is a stray that a friend of mine took in but can't keep with his other cats. I named her Molly Molasses. She is deaf from being malnourished.
I am not quite ready to be home with a cat for the rest of my life. She is sweet though. Still.....
Help!!

Oh this is definetely a good thing. Nearly all of my nine animals--four cats and five dogs are take ins.

Good girl Steele Mama! I love cats...but I am not ready to have any pets at all...not for a long time!
My most favorite cat of all was a wonderful stray that "found" me and allowed me to be his friend! I loved that cat.....

me either alli, me either. it will be an extremely long time, if ever, before i give my heart out again. it hurts too much when it breaks...:(

Speaking of litter boxes, from earlier in this thread...Ultra Pearls is amazing. I'm sure that the Tidy Cat Crystals work well too. It's expensive, but you only really need to change the litter out about once a month, and I have two cats. Of course, you still have to dig the darkies out, but even that's not too bad.

We used to use the Tidy Cat Crystal Blend, and there is no comparison. No longer does the odor of cat urine permeate my house.

Puppy pee is a different story. Wish THEY would learn to use the litter box...:pissed:

That happened to Merman, too! When we were first married we looked at a litter of kittens and this sweet little gray and white one came up to him and picked him out. That cat was devoted to my husband from day one. When we'd go out for walks in the neighborhood, she'd tag behind him. It was the funniest looking thing you ever saw.

:lolabove: We had a stray living on our property that used to follow us around the neighborhood for walks too. I would have kept him, minus the toads he brought me everyday on my front stoop  , but my cat Roobie wouldn't hear of it. I brought him for adoption at pet Smart and a newly married couple adopted him. They even kept his name Twinkie since it was so fitting, thought they said that he would be an indoor cat only.

All of us who have had cats could talk 'til the crows come home about the "presents" we've been given. ;-)

I never had cat nor my had my vet ever experienced a cat finding bull frogs and bringing them back to where he was bedding and on my front stoop? Apparently the toad secretions can be toxic to cats.
He kept them like little stuffed animals.

my sister's cat is a fearless bird killer, and he eats everything but the beaks and feet.

EEEWWW Audie. I was having my coffee.
