I sold the boat because last June I paid $29K for it and this May somebody offered me $34K for it. You just don't pass up those opportunities ;-) . Also we won't be able to boat till July because of our busy schedule :idontno:
Niiiicccceee... Maybe you should just tell Whitey "bye" and buy & sell watercraft for a living.

I know how you feel. I dont think I would pass that up either. If your a good boat shopper you will find another one better than that one for less.

We have not been to the lake in 4 weeks. We're working on a rental property our tenants moved out of. We are replacing everything floor to ceiling. I think they used all the walls as dart boards. :bang:
We are afraid the boat will sell before we get to user her again. But, we are working toward a greater cause. If we sell now, save more money, retire early and by a 50 footer to cruise the intercostal. Who know, it may happen.

I have made money on the last 3 boats I've sold. Key thing about boat shopping.... do not buy with emotion.

Maybe you'll give me a ride on that 50 footer. I'm an excellent driver

I try not to by with emotion. So far this is my 4th but the first was a little POS jet boat I bought for 900 and sold for 1600 three month later after I blew up the engine. The one I have now Im pretty attached to so Im afraid my price might be a little high since I dont really want it to go. My last one was purchased by a guy in England. He said buying it here and shipping it was cheaper than he would pay there. That boat was in excellent condition. Miss it too. This one has all the creature comforts, my wife needed a little more room and who am I to argue with a wife that wants a new boat.
