I'm trying to imagine what would it be like today if today's Republican party had been around in th 1960s. I'm old enough to remember. Pollution, especially air pollution, was freaking out everyone. Well, we did something about it. There are all kinds of emissions standards that were started under President Nixon. Today this would be seen by the GOP base as a liberal encroachment on captialism, American exceptionalism, family values, blah! blah! blah! Boner would be looking all orange as he is today, but so would everyone else because of the pollutants in the air.

Dr. Ben Carson claimed on Meet The Press this morning that science may just be propaganda. This makes perfect sense because he was comparing religious beliefs to science.
