find myself thinking back to that night and wondering what our world would be like today, if Dr King had lived.

and, then, thinking that we have not come far enough from that night 43 years ago... sometimes it feels as though we are going backwards.

I can't even imagine the great changes JFK and Bobby Kennedy could have brought to this world...we are truly a strange and violent society... it's not hard to imagine why other people fear and hate us...
