I'm just a bill
Yes, I'm only a bill
And if they vote for me on Capitol Hill
Well, then I'm off to the White House
Where I'll wait in a line
With a lot of other bills
For the president to sign
And if he signs me, then I'll be a law.
How I hope and pray that he will,
But today I am still just a bill.

AMERICAN PEOPLE: Health Care Bill, you mean even if the majority of the people says you shouldn't be a law, the Congress can still vote yes?
Health Care Bill: Yes, that's called deal making. They don't have to worry about an Obama veto either. Don't worry about those that oppose me, Obama will not say No to me, the little Health Care Bill, he has made so many deals, given away so many tax payers' monies to get Congress to vote his way, told so many untruths, he is going to sign me...my ink will not even get a chance to dry before he writes his name on me. Your Congress has sold their honor, for a bridge, an airport, a new committee assignment, or even for a ride on Airforce One.
AMERICAN PEOPLE: What about us? What about us? What about us? Didn't we elect Congress and the President to represent us? Aren't they suppose to listen to us?
Health Care Bill: Sorry America, I'm too big, too important, too "historical" to fail. I'm the Democrat's secret love child. I'm going to be crammed down your throats and you are going to love me. And if you don't, the he!! with you. You can take your precious vote and shove it.

Yes, I was only a bill that a majority of Americans didn't want.
And when they voted for me on Capitol Hill they forgot about America, they forgot about the American People, they knew what was best for us, even though they had to be bribed with all kinds of deals to say yea.
Then I'm off to the White House on a really fast track
Where I'll move to the front of the line
For Obama to sign and then as a law, I go back to Congress to make the corrections to fix me because I had so many flaws. And then more deals, more threats, more sausage making, more giving the American People the finger will take place... but this is a Great Day for America, right?
What a sad day for all Americans. We finally found out how a real bill works. Yes, the truth comes out. Back room deals, threats, arm twisting, voting to save your job, lies, changing the way you vote multiple times depending on what is in it for you...but the sad part, the part that hurts the most...is not listening to the people who elected you to Congress. The Democrats and Obama can do their little dance of joy, but when all of these CHANGES, start sending our country down the drain, and the real truth comes out...life in America will be changed forever. That's CHANGE I could do without, now all I can do is HOPE we can correct this.
