Some guy who works in a surgery center got a colonosopy at the surgery center. The colonoscopy was performed by his coworkers essentially. They decided to have a little fun. They dressed him up in pink panties, and when he awoke, he didn't see the humor. Now he is suing for emotional distress.

The only thing laughable is the stupidity of the pranksters. They should know better than to prank in the area of private medical issues...just because the victim was their colleague does not excuse their actions.
