Tip #1: stick with the South African Rose - much heartier and more full bodied than the Spanish.

At the seminar I was at today, I saw a girl (she's probably 32-so she's a girl to me) that I hadn't seen in a couple of years. Last time I saw her, she was very large. Today, she probably weighed about 125. She looked fantastic, said she'd had the gastric bypass and lost 140 lbs.! I don't think I could ever do the surgery, but it did inspire me to try to get healthier---just as soon as I ate those quesadillas!
lindabobhat said:Surgery is scary to me - but if that's what it takes for some people, more power to them. What works for one person may not work for another. My biggest (no pun intended) problem is that I have always loved to eat. Now I just try to eat healthier foods, and it's worked well for me.
