Renting is a great way to get to know an area and that's a good central location.

You aren't paying the whole year up front are you? Considering the market/foreclosure level I'd make sure you can get your $ back if you don't like the unit/there is a problem.

Well, we've made up our mind

and put a deposit down. We're going to be in Cypress Dunes for at least the first year (not paid upfront). I guess this makes it official....we'll be down for good in June!!!
