Wanted ISO 1BR, studio, or carriage house

I am local to the area and am looking for a 1BR, studio, or carriage house for just myself. I have a steady 8-5 job in Destin working for a software company and have reliable income. I am pretty quiet and a homebody, not into partying and not much of a drinker. I am not on a lease currently and can move as soon as something is available. I am hoping to not spend more than $1200/month and am looking in the Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and Destin areas.
