I have been renting in Sandestin for the last 6 mos but my rental is coming up toward the end of January for Snowbirds. Looking for preferably 3 bedroom 3 bath between Sandestin and Seaside. Furnished or unfurnished 6-12 months while I look for a home to purchase. Myself and college age son soon leaving for military, Non Smoker, professional family.
