Wanted ISO Electronic bicycle, moped or scooter for 30A commute

[mmarti27]

I'm moving to Grayton & looking for a Vespa, moped, or electronic bicycle for my 3 mile commute along 30A. Any suggestions of local dealers, scooter rental companies liquidating stock, etc would be appreciated. If I go with the scooter, I would like to have 150cc or greater & stay under $3,000. Thanks!
