There's a new Starbucks in the Emerald Grande (Harborwalk Village, Destin Harbor) that has fantastic views overlooking the Harbor, East Pass, out into the Gulf. I've found myself drawn to the joint. New team, so they're slow, but their skills are improving. If you go, take a camera.
