JamBone - Wow!!

The Critters dined tonight at JamBone (again) and once again were super impressed with the quantity and quality of food. My salad - huge and delicious and topped with melt-in-your-mouth brisket. Mr. Critter and Junior Critter had big, wonderful cheeseburgers, and we started the meal with the nachos as appetizer. My gosh, the nachos portion is HUGE! And loaded with meat. We're big eaters, and still brought home enough food for another full meal tomorrow.

Though this doesn't matter to the male Critters, it's an added bonus to me that their meats are hormone and steroid free. JamBone is definitely on our "short list" of restaurants offering great value in sowal. Next on our list of things to try: their wings. And maybe one day we'll leave enough room for dessert.

Banana Pudding

The banana pudding is as close to Grandma's as you will get. No jello mix here. Servings are built to order in a martini glass and so the Nilla wafers are not soggy enough. I will try to adjust my thinking .

You have to be careful saying Jambone and Hamburger in the same sentence. Rep Comic might freak out and begin frothing at the mouth....
