Im aware of their hispanic roots, but do you really think they resemble an illegal? And Im not talking skin color here either...just saying

Are referencing the stereotype of flannel shirts, jeans, and a trucker hat? That doesn't imply that someone is illegal, just that they are poor or have little to no fashion sense. Not that fashion sense is a real priority when your doing a job that an overly entitled American could never bring themselves to do.

Aside from work clothes, most illegal aliens dress better than many well to do American citizens because they come from more traditional cultures. :roll:

That's a good question. We don't know, and in the USA, it is illegal to stop someone for suspicion of being here illegally. This AZ bill supposedly applies that same principle to the state level (though, like many others that have a complaint against it, I have not read it.)

So to have a dislike or complaint against a law someone has to read it?

I don't find it surprising at all that Jeb is against the bill.

His brother 'W' certainly did all he could to scuttle any legislation that would have cracked down on illegal immigration.

Like most of his recent predecessors (and, of course, his successor) he favored having pourous borders and cheap labor with easy amnesty for illegals to any form of secure borders with strengthened immigration enforcement. His official language was "streamlining the process of legal immigration with a secondary emphasis on enforcing the border."

Headlines like this "Carter Praises Bush's Immigration Stance" in the Washington Post in 2006 made it abundantly clear that Bush had completely lost the plot on immigration.

This is but one of many issues that Bush completely sold out to his investors on.

SWGB, now you are on to something! If you don't know what a bill includes, how can you agree or disagree with it? I guess you have the Nanci Pelosi attitude of pass the bill so that we can find out what's in it.
