Does it give the press the right shove someone into a locker?

The shoving incident is only "alleged" and there is no visual proof of it per my research this afternoon. There is, however, video of the handcuffing of the reporter, and the verbal death threat by Palladino on the other reporter.

[Beside, even if true, I do not equate a simple "shoulder check" with an actual death threat.]

The point is a reporter was handcuffed by active duty military moonlightling as security guards.

I haven't seen a video, I've just read articles on the subject. I would think if video was available it'd be out there by now. Honestly I wish there were I'd like to see what happened.

If he's elected, will Senator Miller's security detail arrest/restrain those who ask tough questions they don't like? Will he continue to use active duty military personnel in his security detail?
