From their web site is the announcement of major changes in JOE's business plan. They appear to drop back to that of owners of real estate assets who will work with OTHERS to sell and develop those assets. They specifically said they wanted to put TIME on their side i.e. hold the property at the least carrying cost until the markets improve, which of course mean less employees.
