[Bob Wells]

I was happy to see some Republicans there at the Fish Fry. I guess we might be able to call them McDaniel"cans"

[Polish Lover]

The food was free??

[Bob Wells]

IG That was nice. I was happy, I like Johnny Mac. He is in a tough race up there and he's a good man and candidate.

[WhoDat1]

Yeah, I voted for him. He was a good Sheriff and trully has the people at heart. I'm a registered republican, but strayed a few times this year.

Read Johnny Mac's List of Priorities

I was not prepared to be impressed by Johnny Mac when I first heard him speak. But, I was! He was organized, prepared, and the issues he is concerned about were right on. He's knowledgeable and understands the problems facing District 5. Read more about him

SoWallers can't vote in this race anyway...I think Brad Drake has the Walton County vote, but Johnny MacDaniel was a hell of a Sheriff and Jackson County isn't an easy place to police.

And to lose his wife in such an awful way...and to be able to attend Mike Altman's funeral immediately after attending hers...that's tough. Certainly he is a stronger person than many of us are.
