I am looking for a small house or apartment style home to rent while working a summer job in the Seaside/ Rosemary Beach area. 1BR/ 1Bath, with washer/dryer and small kitchen. Very responsible, CLEAN, with no pets. I am looking for somewhere with utlitities included for around $1,100 a month.
