Just how smokey is it?

New posts
Traveling from Sandestin in South Walton along Highway 98 East, the smoke covered the road in many places to close to the intersection of 331 and 98. Looked like smoke was thicker to the north, especially at intersection of 393 and Highway 98 (close to Hogtown/aka Santa Rosa Beach). Wasn't on 30A at that point, so don't know if it was thicker south of 98 or not. We could see okay around 1:30 p.m. May be more difficult to see clearly on 98 and possibly 30A if the front/rain doesn't get through here and clear things out before sunset at around 4:44 p.m. (Central Standard Time)
