Job Title: Store Key Holder
Reports to: Store Manager
Islanders is currently seeking a Retail Key Holder for our new Gulf Place location at Santa Rosa Beach.
If you're a fun and outgoing person who enjoys the beach, is passionate about serving customers, and enjoys pushing yourself to succeed, then Islanders may be the place for you. Islander's culture consists of participation and shared involvement. You'll be rewarded - and challenged - by our expectations to participate and to perform.
Store Key Holder:
* Ensuring each customer is provided excellent customer service.
* Opening and Closing the Store.
* Organizing store for easy and fun shopping.
* Making sure all Daily Tasks are completed.
* Ensure others on shift are customer focused.
Job Qualifications and Required Skills:
* Prior retail experience.
* Must have a flexible Schedule - Must be able to work some days, nights, & weekends.
* Must be able to work 20-30+ hours per week.
* Apparel and shoe experience preferred.
* Knowledge of surf brands and styles.
* Possess basic computer skills.
All applicants must meet one of the following criteria in addition to the minimum eligibility requirements:
* High School Graduate and Higher.
* Two years retail-related work preferred.
