Well by that time you will have a good feel for what's out there and you could possibly make another step up since you will have the supervisory experience. I'm sure you will have some new connections after a couple of months to add to your collection as well. If Gussifunn says go for it then that means you don't have to worry about funding. He won't let you starve. Very very exciting, let us know what area so we can start apartment hunting! Try to bargain for moving fees and a couple of weeks pay for transferring across the country :biggrin:
