Just got off the phone with the chef. They are open and he said that was news to him.... My daughter plays on Saturday night 7-10! Come on out and support your local Biz!

We haven't been since they changed owners, not because they changed owners, but because we got obsessed with Pizza Bar. We'll try La Botana on our next trip.

Hope the food is as good as it was with the previous owners.

Wonderful! I'd miss that place...it's so incredibly different from anything else down there. I ran into a great little Chardonnay down there: Oxford Landing.

Love the look of that place. The website was acting a little funky, so thought it might be gone....great that that's not the case. Heading down on Friday! Cheers!

Update on La Botana:
The menu has definitely changed from mostly upscale Tex-Mex with the previous owners to a variety of tapas plus sushi with the new owners. I had shrimp kabobs, and hubby had lamb "lollipops." The food was a bit too salty for our tastes, but we'll be back because what we ordered was yummy. We love the atmosphere there. Very relaxing.
