Lacking Lawnmowers

Just heard a commercial saying "if you've purchased a lawnmower between..... ? class action suit......"

I was curious so i checked. Apparently it claims that mowers were sold claiming a higher horse power than they really had.

I got something in the mail about a class action suit settled with 24 hour fitness offering me $20 or 3month free membership. I chose $20 out of convenience... BUT all the work was already done.
If all you have to do is sign your name, why not? More than that?... eh.

I received a mailer about it, but the way I figure it my time is so valuable that the $35 wouldn't cover my time so I threw it away...;-)
