Oh man...I thought I was going to die last night! Woke up like 2:30 and think I had food poisoning! I truly thought HMM was going to find me dead on the TOLIET like Elvis! I kept thinking...oh dear...don't let me die...I have a hair appt today and if I don't make it they will have to put Miss Kitty's hairball on my head! All I have this am is a bad headache

I hope you feel better. Rehydrate - maybe with something other than coffee? Or in addition to coffee! :D

I'm sure you have the hair appt. rule that I do- get to the appt. even if you are dying.

Right...and certainly not FUNN! I was prone on the floor in a fetal position! Used a towel as pillow and blanket! I was sweating and felt all tingly like bad electricity! jdarg...thanks...I will drink lots of water!
 
good ideas sue to tha shore! we have until tonight or early morning if laner can wake up. she really want to give a shout out to the peeps on sowal. i think she wants to do something special for kdwells
