Wanted Large 3-4 bedroom home

I am in need of a long term rental as soon as possible. The home that we are in now in Inlet Beach is being foreclosed on and there is a possible buyer so we need to leave. We are looking for a large 3 or 4 bedroom home with a garage or at least some kind of storage on the property. I also have 2 small dogs that are completely housebroken. My children go to Emerald Coast Middle & South Walton High so I am looking to stay within the district and within my work area. Actually, we would love to be within 15-20 minutes from 30A between Watercolor and Rosemary Beach. We have a property management company and I need to be close in case we get a call. I need to be under $1500 monthly with utilities. If you have anything in the area that you have up for sale and would like a little extra income please let me know.

Hi Dawn,
I have 2 properties in Church St. Village. These homes are for sale but owner would give you 60 day notice to relocate and you also have the right to give a 60 day notice of your intend to relocate. The rent on these properties are $1300 per month, which doesnt include utilities. Once you add the utilties in you should be fairly near the $1500 range you are looking for. These are 3bd with 3 or 2.5 bath with one car garage, screen in porch, lawn care if paid by owner. Stainless steel appliances, granite and tile. Nice homes.
