good points. I think I could live with "like" in the lounge. since the lounge is thankless for some reason.

I love thanking everyone for the tiniest reason. it just feels good. but it does make me forget about repping which is really more personal and MK reminds us that its a good way to give a personal message! We need to rep each other!!!

I like the personal messages on reps as well. Also reps are good to use when you want to thank someone who has a minority opinion with which you agree, but you don't want to get criticized for publicly agreeing with him/her. Reps are private; "Thx" are public.;-)
