Hi,

My fiancee and I just relocated to the area and are looking for a long term rental. We are currently staying in a vacation rental until we find something more suitable.

We are looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom place, unfurnished, w/ 12 month lease. We would prefer a place on the eastern end of 30a but that is not a deal breaker. We are both working professionals, clean , and responsible.

I have a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach for lease. I am leasing fully furnished including water, electricity, garbage and basic cable and internet for $2500.
