Wanted Long Term: House/Condo/Studio

Hi! I've just moved down to the area and am looking for a place to move in to by the start of August. I'm willing to find a roommate, so 2 or 3 bedrooms would work. But I can also handle living alone, so a studio or carriage house would be great too.

Preferably furnished. But not necessarily.

For a one BR, I don't want to pay more than $600.
For a two BR, no more than $1,200
etc.

Must be on 30a.

I have a 3BR/3BA cottage on the south side of 30A available August 1st. The rent is $1500/month plus utilities. It would be available furnished or unfurnished. There is no yard work as that is taken care of by the HOA. There is a pool in the community and it is a short walk to the beach.

Hey, are you still looking for a roommate/place to live? I think I am in the same situation as you, trying to move to the area in August and find a place to live. I just graduated from Ole Miss in May, let me know if you're interested in a roommate!
