Wanted Long term rental in SRB. prefer 30A

The house I am renting in Flamingo Village is being foreclosed on, and I would like to find something else. I am currently month to month with my landlord, so I can leave whenever I find something else. I want a 3 bed 2 bath house with a 2 car garage, fenced yard, and allows pets. We love 30a, and would love to find something else on this highway, that is a reasonable price.
