Hi everyone!
My wife and I are looking to move to 30A later this year and would like to find a long term rental initially, if possible. Our dates are flexible (it could be August/September) and looking for 9-12 months. It’s just the two of us and no pets so a 2BR/2Bath or smaller would be fine!
Ideally we’d love to be anywhere between Grayton and Rosemary (south of 98) and would like to keep our budget around $2500/month. I realize it’s a ways out, but if anyone has a carriage house coming available or another rental type later in the year and was open to consistent rent, we’d love to try to plan ahead.
Any advice is welcome! Thank you!
