Wanted Long term rental

I am a single 69-year-old retired teacher seeking a long term rental in the Miramar Beach/30A area. My primary interests are golf (member of Santa Rosa GC), napping, and the Red Sox. In other words, I am your dream tenant! My current lease is up in August, so I realize this is quite early, but you never know. I would prefer a FURNISHED unit, preferably 2-bedrooms; however, an unfurnished 1-bedroom would not be impossible. I would like to keep the rent in the range of $1,300. My references and financials are outstanding. Frankly, if you rent to me you will never have to worry about the condition of your property.
