Long Term Renters Advice!!

My husband and I have lived off 30A over by Dune Allen for almost 4 years now. As the winter months come upon us, there will be some great deals! My advice, is to get in your car and drive around! There are so many people that post signs along the road or infront of the homes, but do not advertise! We just scored an awesome deal, $1,000 a month for a 3/br, 2/ba, 3 blocks from the beach in a safe, quiet area off 30A.

Also, keep in mind that with financial times being so tough, people will barter with monthly rental payments....

There are a lot of signs up off 30A near Dune Allen this week! Also, the Apartment Complex up by the corner of 30A and 393 is now renting LT...I don't know how much they are asking, but the have been sitting for over a year now.
