I am a 33 yr old mature and responsible single male. Looking ASAP for long term rental, 5 months minimum. Employed full-time (non-seasonal) in Seagrove Beach. No pet. Best location for me would be the 30A area east of Seaside. Other locations may work as well. Would definitely consider going in with someone (compatible M or F) and sharing a 2 BR rental.
