I am Masters graduate relocating to the area to take a new professional position and am searching for any one or two bedroom home, carriage house, or a studio apartment beginning early summer. I am looking for something clean and functional for someone living alone.

Anywhere from Sandestin to Point Washington to Rosemary Beach is ideal.
Must have washer/dryer/etc.
Would preferably like it to be pet friendly, but is not a requirement.

I would be so thankful for any information out there concerning a lease.
