Wanted Looking for 1br December and January

I am looking for a December and maybe January rental...one br for one....need internet.....want to pay between 400 and 500 per month...have been in the vacation rental business before and know there is something out there....beachfront would be great but....i know how that works...location not an issue...I am a 49 yr old college football coach needing to unwind after a difficult season....hope to hear from someone needing a little off season income after what I am sure was a difficult rental season...will arrive Thanksgiving to stay with family so I can look around....
