I received your email. I am good at $700. I'm looking for a rental from mid-Jan to May. I want to be on 30A within a few blocks of the beach. I have no pets, don't smoke, don't have after parties. I will be working as a bartender or server and will probably be working nights. I'm very quiet when I come home: shower, nuke some dinner and go to my room. during the day I will be sleeping, in my room or out. I clean up after myself and will help with the common area cleaning.
