I am a professional looking for long-term rental for a 2BR/1BA+ Rental in the Santa Rosa Beach and surrounding areas. $600-$850/mo, depending on what all is included. If furnished, my monthly max rent can go up a little. I would like to be moved in by October 1st, if possible. 1 year lease preferred. If you know of anything, please let me know.
