Wanted Looking for 3-4 BR long term (1-2 year) in October

We plan to build a house in the Santa Rosa area within the next 1-2 years, and while doing so, will need a nice rental in Destin, Sandestin, or any of the South Walton communities. We plan to move to the area sometime in mid-October to mid-November. For now, it's just a husband and wife team, but kids are away in college and will return for the holidays. We'd like to avoid vacation rentals.
