I'm considering moving to the area for a job and am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom with a 6 month or 1 year lease. Anyone know of anything decent that won't cost me a right arm? I'm prepared to give up a left pinky finger.

Unfurnished is fine. Either way really. Don't plan on pets or children, maybe an outside cat. I'm looking at late March or beginning of April.
