After having been on the market for over two years we finally sold our home in Santa Rosa Beach. Problem. Need a nice place to call home. Have 1 young son and 2 medium ,mature dogs. My husband is a builder and I have a design degree as well as landscape experience. In other words we take care of our stuff and know how to fix alot. If any one has property they are interested in renting please let me know.

Have a place for rent for $600.00 per month. It is small 3 bedroom in Jolly Bay which is immed. on the north side of 331 bridge. Has one bath and needs TLC. Had water view and fishing doc for small boat.
Nothing very special but nice and quiet. Nice community.
